摘要
基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)是人体内最重要的蛋白酶之一,属于基质金属蛋白酶超家族成员中明胶酶的一种,又称明胶酶B。其主要功能是分解细胞外基质,参与人体许多生理及病理过程。该因子在人体内很多细胞中,包括在破骨细胞中都能表达,其表达又受到体内众多因子的调节,如细胞生长因子,激素,基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂(TIMPs)等。其作用底物主要是Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ型胶原,明胶及弹性纤维。
Matrix metalloproteinase 9 is one of the most important proteinases in vivo.It belongs to the gelatinases of the matrix metalloproteinase hyperfamily.Its main function is to decompose extracellular matrix,participate in many physiological and pathological processes.Many kinds of cells including the osteoclasts can express matrix metalloproteinase 9 and its expression is adjusted by many factors,for example:cell growth factor,hormone,TIMPs etc.Its main operational project is Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅹcollagen,gelatin and elastic fibers.
