摘要
建立农村医疗保障制度是当前紧迫而尚未解决的问题。通过我国农村合作医疗保险实践和理论研究的回顾和反思,提出构建农民医疗保障新模式的一些原则。
It is urgent to establish the system of medical-care security but not to be resolved currently.Some principles for new mode of peasant's medical-care security have been put forward based on recalling practices and theory's research of the rural cooperation medical-care insurance in china.
