摘要 〔目的〕 研究主要大气污染物日均浓度对SARS发病的影响。〔方法〕 采用广义估计方程 (GEE) ,在控制气象条件的基础上分析北京市 2 0 0 3年 4月 2 1日~ 6月 1日SARS每日发病人数与滞后 0~ 5d的单个污染物和多污染物联合的GEE模型。〔结果〕 大气污染物对SARS发病以二氧化硫 (SO2 )和可吸入颗粒物 (PM10 )的影响为主 ,前者主要是滞后第 1~ 3d效应 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,后者以滞后第 4d效应 (P <0 .0 5 )为主。日均浓度每增加 0 .1mg/m3 ,SO2 滞后第 1~3d效应引起SARS发病的相对危险度 (RR)及其 95 %可信区间均大于 1;PM10 滞后第 4d效应引起SARS发病相对危险度及其 95 %可信区间大于 1。〔结论〕 大气污染物中的SO2 和PM10 污染的加重促进SARS的发病。 Objective To study the effects of daily air pollution concentration on taking of SARS.Methods Analysis the association between the number of daily SARS patients and air pollutants controlling the weather factor From April 21-Jun 1 in Beijing and single contamination of Lag by using the generaliled ertimating equatioun. Resuls The SO 2 daily concentration of lag 1to 3 and PM 10 daily concentration of lag 4 have effects on the taking of SARS(P<0.05). Conclusion The air pollutants like and SO 2 and PM 10 have effects on taking of SARS.
