摘要
由于农产品受外界环境影响大、生长周期长的特点,所以在农业标准化中方法标准、检验标准和管理标准是产品质量的重要保证。我国的地域辽阔,农产品的差异大,地方标准占据重要的地位。目前,我国农业标准体系存在国际标准采标率低、标准覆盖面小、适用性差以及配套标准不健全的缺点。针对农业标准化的特点及标准体系的问题,作者就加快标准体系的建设、以重点农业为龙头鼓励发展地方农业标准、突出农业示范区的辐射带动作用以及政府努力疏通标准化渠道,打开标准化实施的瓶颈提出了一些见解和建议。
Because agricultural productions are long growing periods and easily being influenced, criteria of method, inspection and management are so significant. In the mean while, region criteria are very important. There are some defects in Chinese agricultural criteria system:only a few criteria are international criteria, the content of criteria are not overall, and many criteria are not easy to be applicable. Being aimed at the characters and defects on criteria system, the author provides his opinion and suggestion on how to consummate criteria system rapidly, how to improve region criteria, how to strengthen agricultural demonstrating district in order to effect more district to carry out criteria, and how to resolve difficulties in carry out criteria.
