摘要
目的探讨移植性肝癌门脉癌栓的微血管结构及供血特征.方法将VX2瘤株颗粒(2~3粒)直接接种于兔门脉的不同分支内,于接种后2、3、4周分别行造影检查,将所得结果与组织病理对照.结果种植后2周,ABS丙酮门脉铸型可见门脉分支(4~5级)内微小癌栓,表面见纡曲的微小门静脉;3~4周,癌栓向肝实质浸润,门脉主干癌栓形成,瘤体与癌栓表面有细小门脉供血.结论早期癌栓供血主要为门静脉,中、晚期为动脉与门脉双重供血.
Objective To investigate the microvascular structure and blood supply of portal vein tumor thrombus in rabbits with transplanted liver neoplasms. Methods VX2 fragments were implanted in different rabbits portal vein branches. The transplanted tumors were investigated by medical imaging and confirmed by pathology at 2, 3, 4 weeks after transplantation. Results Using the ABS Acetone liquid perfusion, tumors in diameter of 5 mm located in small portal vein branches and tortuous micro portal vein meandered around the tumor thrombus were found 2 weeks after transplantation. At 3-4 weeks, tumors invaded into the parenchyma and the main portal vein. Obviously irregularly dilated arteries and tortuous portal veins were found on the tumor borders. Conclusion In the early stage, portal vein tumor thrombus is predominantly fed by portal vein branches, but later on, it is supplied by both arterial and portal blood.
