摘要
研究目的探讨自拟愈肝汤对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效，为该病治疗开辟新的途径。研究背景西药对HBV感染和慢性乙型肝炎缺乏有效治疗药物，有研究认为某些中药对乙型肝炎有抗病毒和“治本”作用。研究方法153例慢性乙型肝炎随机分为3组：观察组59例，服用意肝汤；西药组（阳性对照组）42例，静滴强力宁同时肌注胸腺肽；焦三仙组（阴性对照）52例服用焦三仙汤。HBV－M检测采用日相放射免疫法，HBV－DNA检测用斑点分子杂交法。结果愈肝汤组总有效率（89.8％）明显优于西药组（71.4％）及焦三仙组（26.9％）（分别为P＜0.005及P＜0.05），且对肝胆湿热型和肝郁牌虚型疗效尤为显著。观察组HBe－Ag、ONA－P及HBV－DNA滴度下降及明转率明显优于西药组。结论中药复方意肝汤不仅对慢性乙型肝炎有显著疗效，而且对HBV复制有明显抑制作用。
Objective To reasearch the therapeutic effects of compound Yu-Gan decoction () on viral chronic hepatitis B and tap new therapeutic medicine, the comparative study wAs designed.Background Western medicine for viral chronic hepatitis B and HBV ithetion is short of effective methods. It is reported that some tranditional medi-cine have antivirus nd have effects of permananent cure for viral chronic hepatitis B.Methods The 153 patients with viral chronic hepatitis B were divided into three groups rendomly:Yu-Gan decoction group in 59 cases, western medicine group (posirive control) in 42 cases treated by injection potenlini and thymosin,and tranditional Chinese medicine group (negative control) in 52 cases treated by Jiao-San-Xian (). The serum HBV M were meassured by SP-RIA. The HBV DNA messured by dot hybridization.Results The total efficiency was 89% in Yu-Gan decovtion group and the thcrapeutic effects vastly excelled western medicine group (71.4%)and Jiao-San-Xian group (26.9%) (P<0.005 and P<0.05 respectively). The effects of Yu-Gan decoction were oustandingly for dampness and heat in the Liver and the gallbladder, and for stagnation liver-qi and deficiency of spleen.The rates of turned-negative and decreand titer of virus replications indexes (HBeAg,DNA-P and HBV-DNA) were vastly excelled the other groups.Conclution The compound Yu-Gan decoction not only has obviousely therapeutic effects for viral chronic hepatitis B, but aslo has inhibitions for HBV replication.
