摘要
经过多年的采集, 并查阅相关文献整理出江苏有食用昆虫122种, 隶属于10目48科, 同时阐明其食用虫态。就食用昆虫资源的开发和利用所面临的问题进行了阐述, 并提出了相关对策。
The paper deals with the 122 species belonging to 48 families and 10 orders of edible insects recorded in Jiangsu Province.In the paper,the present situation and utilization of edible insects are reviewed and some suggestions put forward.
