摘要
以小麦赤霉病菌(FusariumgraminearumSchw)和小麦白粉病菌(ErysiphegraminisDC)为活性跟踪菌种,从旋覆花(InulabritanicaL.)花中分离得到3种杀菌活性化合物。经波谱分析并与标准图谱比较,鉴定化合物 为倍半萜类化合物1-O-Acetylbritannilactone,化合物 和 分别为三萜类化合物Taraxasterylpalmitate和Taraxasterolacetate。
Under the tracing of anti-fungi activity,three compounds were isolated from the flowers of Inula britannica.The structures were identified to be 1-O-Acetylbritannilactone,taraxasteryl palmitate and taraxasterol acetate by MS,~1H NRM,^(13)C NRM and DEPT.Anti-fungi activities of three compounds were tested with Fusarium graminearum in vitro and Erysiphe graminis in vivo.The results showed Taraxasteryl palmitate and Taraxasterol acetate had strong inhibition on germination of spores of Fusarium graminearum.The inhibition rate was more than 80% under the concentration of 0.1 mg/mL.Taraxasteryl palmitate had potent preventive activity against Erysiphe graminis on wheat in vivo and the effect was 56.4% under the concencetion of 1 mg/mL.In addition,1-O-Acetylbritannilactone showed certain inhibition on growing of mycelia of Fusarium graminearum Schw.
