摘要
利用PIC16F877单片机和运动芯片LM629建立移动机器人底层控制系统。控制系统的硬件结构主要包括感知模块、监控模块、运动模块、功率模块和无线通讯模块。运动模块由LM629运动芯片和少量的外围电路构成,简化了整个控制系统的硬件电路结构。实验表明,由PIC16F877和LM629建立的底层控制系统,具有控制精度高、起停速度快、同步性好等特点。
Mobile robot’s control system based on PIC16F877 and LM629 has been designed.The hardware architecture of control system includes sensors,supervision,motion control,power amplifier and wireless communication modules.Motion control module consists of LM629 and a few necessary circuits.The circuit of the whole system is simple.Experiment reveals that higher reliability and control precision of control system based on PIC16F877 and LM629 are available.
