摘要
目的总结1 2例真菌性角膜溃疡的中西医结合治疗,以评价疗效。方法回顾近年来眼科住院部收治的1 2例通过涂片找到菌丝确诊为真菌性角膜溃疡的患者,给予抗真菌药物及中药相结合的治疗。中医辨证施治,以清热祛湿、通腑泻热、凉血活血为治法;同时使用抗真菌药物,总结其临床治疗效果。结果9例治愈遗留不同程度斑翳,2例病情好转,1例因病灶溶解穿孔行结膜囊遮盖术后病情稳定。结论中西医结合治疗真菌性角膜溃疡能加速症状好转,缩短疗程,提高疗效。釜底抽薪法对于该病存在腑热便结的患者有明显的改善症状、减轻炎症反应的作用。
Objective:To summarize the curative effect of the integrated traditio nal and western medicine in treating of fungal corneal ulcers. Design: This was a retrospective study. A total of 12 patients are diagnosed as fungal corneal ul cers from the scrapings that contain hyphal elements. All participants received drugs and herbs for treatment of fungal keratitis. Syndrome Differentiation and treatment:the treatment should be based on removing pathogenic dampness and hea t, purging viscera and clearing heat,and dissipating stasis by cooling blood. At the same time using the drugs for fungal keratitis. Then to summarize the effec t of it. Results: 9 patients were cured with the remained pannus of different gr ade.2 patients were mended.1 patient was stable after the cojuntiva covering of the integrated traditional and western medicine can accelerate the mending of sy mptom, shorten period of treatment, and improve curative effect. Taking a drasti c measure to deal with the situation can obviously improve symptom and relieve i nflammation of the patients with sthenia of yangming fu-organ and internal heat.
