摘要
结合室内试验,本文对聚合物丁苯乳液改性水泥混凝土的路用性能进行深入系统的分析研究。研究结果显示,掺入一定量的聚合物丁苯乳液后,水泥混凝土的抗折强度明显提高、弹性模量明显降低、破裂能、柔度系数明显增加,断裂性能从脆性向柔性转变,变形能力增加,干缩性减小,耐磨性增加,水泥混凝土的路用性能得到明显改善,丁苯乳液改性水泥混凝土的性能价格比明显大于普通水泥混凝土。本文的研究成果具有一定的理论价值及良好的应用前景。
In this paper the performance of cement concrete modified with styrene-butadiene latex are analyzed in-depth by laboratory test.The results of study indicate,if the right dose of styrene-butadiene latex is mixed in cement concrete,the flexural strength of cement concrete is increased,the model of elasticity is reduced,break energy and flexible coefficient are increased conspicuously the flexibility is enhanced,the dry shrink is reduced,and the wearability is enhanced.The performance for cement concrete road is improved obviously.The performance-price ratio of cement concrete modified with styrene-butadiene latex is greater than of cement concrete.The research results have theoretical signification and would be used in road engineering.
