摘要
面对汹涌澎湃的全球化浪潮,在认可国家主权理论是当代国际社会运行的基础和国际法的基础的同时,也不得不认识到国家主权是一个辨证的概念,它既是绝对的也是相对的,是权利与义务的统一。在当今全球化的时代里,国家主权势必也要有所发展。表现在国家主权的内涵、属性以及国家行使主权的方式等几个方面。
Under the strong trend of globalization ,it is necessary to consider state sovereignty as a dialectical concept, together with the base of international law and modern society's development.Being absolute and relative ,state sovereignty is the unify of right and responsibility .In the age of globalization, its understanding must be developed from the aspects of its connotation ,category and the ways in which a state exercise its sovereignty.
