摘要
本文提出了基于Arcview软件和空间信息管理和分析技术建立水环境监测评价信息系统 ,使水资源环境及其生态效应的综合评价研究更具有合理性和可操作性。论文从系统设计、功能实现、数据库组织管理模式及其建设等方面 ,论述了石羊河流域水资源环境监测系统设计和技术实现方法 ,并展望了水资源环境监测系统的应用前景。
The paper offers a way of applying the geographic information system and analysis technology to evaluate the water resource environment,and build the water resource environment information system.From the aspects such as system designing,function realizing,database organize management mode and construction,it expounded the designing and technological implemention method of the water resource environmental monitoring and evaluating system in the valley of Shi-yang river,and looked forward to the application prospect of the environmental monitoring system of water resource.
