摘要
目的 评价显微玻璃体手术对复杂性眼外伤的治疗价值和效果。方法 采用显微玻璃体手术治复杂性眼外伤 5 6例 (5 6只眼 )。结果 出院时 ,治愈率为 71.4 % ,其中 4 2例随访 3～ 2 0月 ,平均 13.6月 ,未次随访时 ,痊愈 2 9只眼 (6 9.1% ) ,视力≥ 0 .1者 14只眼 (2 5 .0 % ) ,最佳矫正视力达 0 .5。结论 玻璃体切割术是目前治疗复杂性眼外伤最有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value and effects of micro-vitreoretinal surgery for severe ocular injuries. Methods Clinical records were reviewed on 56 patients (56 eyes) with severe ocular injuries. Result The cure rate was 71.4% .42 eyes were followed up 3-20 months, averaging 13.6 months, to find long-term therapeutic effects in 29 eyes (69.1%), 0.1 or better (up to 0.5) in 14 eyes (25.0%). Conclusions Micro- vitreoretinal surgery is the best effective method for severe ocular injuries
