介绍了一种自行研制的LR6泡罩包装机的设计过程。此设备用机械动作取代了高强度的手工推转盘、投料、成品排出等动作,使纯手工的包装工序实现了自动化,降低了该工序的劳动强度。生产速率比手工操作提高10%,并节约劳动力30%左右。
A design process of the LR6 blister packing machine was introduced. This equipment had replaced the high strength handwork of turning the turntable, throwing the materials and arranging production with the (machinery) action, automated handwork of packing procedure, and reduced the labor intensity of the procedure. It (improved) 10% of production speed than manual, and reduced about 30% of the workers.
