摘要
从中国外贸代理制的特点入手,分析了现行外贸代理制的种种弊端,介绍了两大法系对于代理的有关理论,着重论述了调整我国外贸代理的法律框架,并由此指出了现行法律关于外贸代理规定的不足之处,提出了完善的建议。
In view of the characteristics of China's foreign trade agent system,the author analyzes the shortcomings of current foreign trade agent system,introduces the related agent theories regulated by two law systems,mainly elaborates the legal framework to adjust China's foreign trade agent,points out the deficiencies of present law regulations about foreign trade agent and puts forward some advices to perfect them.
