摘要
医学期刊只有切实提高论文质量,才能真正肩负起传播医学科学知识的重任,并增强其国际影响力。循证医学不仅为临床医护人员提供了有助于临床诊断、护理和治疗决策的新的手段,同时也为医学期刊稿件提高编审质量提供了新的工具。本文阐述了医学期刊编辑和审稿工作中应用循证医学的必要性,介绍了循证医学对病因学研究、诊断性研究、干预性及预后研究稿件的编审准则。
To take the duty of spreading medical sciences in deed it is imperative to improve the quality of essays in medical journals and to improve the international reputation of the journals.Evidence-Based Medicine is a new-born medical subject which is not only provide a new method for diagnosis,nursing and treatment in clinical work but also become a new tool to enhance the quality of medical journals.In this paper,the necessity of applying Evidence-Based Medicine in medical journals editing and manuscripts appraising is expatiated,the appraisal standards of Evidence-Based Medicine in the study of diseases etiology,diagnosis,intervention and prognosis are introduced,it is also helpful in improving the quality of essays and can be referenced by the authors in writing the essays
