In this paper we introduce the working elements of the Local Station of YBJ-ARGO experiment launched by China-Italy collaboration and a describe the components and their functions of receiver,backplene and I/O board which are located in the Local Station. A figure of time resolution coming from the test-running data is shown to indicate that the system is running well and the design is reasonable.
