摘要
以苯胺兰染色法,在荧光显微镜下观察了异源花粉在柱头上粘合、萌发及花粉管在柱头表面和花柱中的生长情况。结果表明,异源花粉在柱头上粘合的速度和数量与白菜、白芥自交无明显差异;异源花粉在柱头上萌发缓慢,而白菜花粉在白芥柱头上较其反交萌发的更为缓慢,萌发的花粉管生长迟缓,且发生严重扭曲、分叉、畸形等现象,从而减少了柱头上异源花粉萌发和进入花柱的花粉管数量,推迟了异源花粉萌发和花粉管进入花柱的时间,降低了萌发和进入柱头花粉管的质量。
The crosses were made between Chinese cabbage and white mustard. Ovaries of differentperiods after pollination were collected and stained with aniline blue. The degrees of pollen-stigma binding , germination of pollen grains and growth of pollen tubes in stigma surfaceand style were observed under fluroscent microscope. The results showed that there was noobvious difference in pollen-stigma binding speed and quantity between intergeneric cross andtheir parent self-pollination. Allopollen germinated slowly on the stigma and the speed ofChinese cabbage pollen germinated on white mustard stigma more slowly than that of whitemustard pollen on Chinese cabbage stigma. Germinated pollen tubes grew slowly on allostig-ma and gave rise the distortion of pollen tubes,and swelled and diverged of their tops. Thus’the quantities of germinating tubes on allostigma and of penetrating stigma were reduced,the germination of allopollen and germinated tubes to penetrate stigma was delayed,and thequality of germinating tubes and of penetrating stigma pollen tubes was poor.
