摘要
以某单绕式电梯系统作为原型,建立了基于 ADAMS 的电梯曳引驱动系统,导轮系统、载客系统以及曳引钢丝绳模型。在此基础上,根据电梯系统的实际约束,建立整梯虚拟样机模型,并按照实际工作状况设计了电梯系统在运行过程中可能存在的曳引机微转失衡扰动和导轨扰动,建立了电梯的虚拟运行环境。仿真结果揭示了曳引机微转失衡与轿厢垂直振动的因果关系,以及轿厢水平振动的加速度响应值与电梯运行速度成正比的规律。
A virtual prototype of the single wrapped elevator was developed based on the multi-body system dynamics in the ADAMS environment. In this model, the whole system was disassembled to Driving system, Guide roller system, Passenger system and Cable system. The virtual running environment was established by exerting the disturbance from the unbalanced driving motor and the guide rail on the elevator system. The simulation results show that the unbalanced motor results to the vertical vibration and that the peak value of the horizontal acceleration is proportional to the traveling speed.
