摘要
以NaOH为催化剂,N(2,3环氧丙基)三甲基氯化铵(GTAMc)为阳离子化试剂,干法制备了高取代度的阳离子壳聚糖。研究了NaOH用量、阳离子化试剂用量、反应时间和反应温度对得率和季铵化度的影响。当壳聚糖为100g,GTMAc用量为282g时,最佳反应条件为1gNaOH、反应温度80℃、反应时间3h。在此条件下,反应得率为92%,季铵化度为95%。
Cationic chitosan with a high degree of substitution was prepared by the dry process ~using alkaline as catalyst,glycidyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTMAc)as cationic agent.The effect of amounts of NaOH and GTMAc,and reaction time, reaction temperature on ~reaction efficiency and quaternarization degree were studied.When the mass of chitosan and GTAMc were respectively 100g and 282g, the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: ~alkaline catalyst ~1g, reaction time 3h, reaction temperature 80℃. The yield of reaction was 92% and the degree of quaternarization of chitosan was 95%.
