摘要
为了实现对分散于厂区各个远程机房动力和环境进行监测,设计开发了以企业主干网为依托的远程机房监测系统。它由远程采集装置、网络传输和网络中心监测系统组成。远程机房监测装置由传感器、A D转换、单片机、液晶显示器和MOXA以太网关组成。集中监测系统由数据采集、数据库管理、数据存储、自动报警、用户管理、显示功能以及报表输出等组成,系统的投运减少了人力物力消耗,提高了主干网的稳定性。
To achieve the power and environment monitoring of remote machine rooms which located here and there, the remote machine room monitoring system is designed and developed based on Baosteel backbone.It consists of remote collection device,network transmission and network center monitoring system.Remote machine room monitoring device contains sensor, A/D convertor, SCM, LCD and MOXA Ethernet gateway. Centralizing monitoring system performs data collection,database management,data store, automatic alert,user management,display and report forms,etc.The run of the system reduces the consumption of human and material resources and optimizes stability of backbone.
