摘要
医疗纠纷目前已成为社会信息传播的热点问题之一,以往较少发生的产前超声诊断所致医疗纠纷明显增多,在医疗纠纷中占相当大的比例,且有继续上升趋势。本文就现阶段导致产前超声诊断医疗纠纷发生的医疗市场因素、医疗环境因素、患者因素和社会因素等作一全面的分析,探讨通过强化预防措施,加强医患沟通,提高认识,规范医疗、法制和社会环境,建立健全产前超声诊断医疗纠纷的防范处理机制,以降低产前超声诊断医疗纠纷的发生。
The medical dispute has already become one of the ho t questions of social information dissemination at present.The medical dispute c aused by antenatal ultrasonic diagnosis is now rising greatly,accounting for a s izable proportion in the medical dispute while it was less likely to happen five years ago.Moreover,it also shows a tendency to increase continuously.The author of this article analyzed comprehensively various causal factors leading to this type of dispute at present in terms of medical market,medical-care service env ironment,medical care receivers and social factors.A potentially preventive mech anism was proposed,that included strengthening the precautionary measures,improv ement of communication between medical care providers and receiver,deepening the understanding of the dispute,standardizing medical treatment procedure,establis hing a legal system and social environment so as to reduce incidence of medical dispute caused by antenatal ultrasonic diagnosis.
