摘要
法律无非是一种社会需要,经济法生于现代国家干预社会经济生活之需要。本文认为,我国的经济法体系 在结构上由市场秩序规制法、宏观调控法和社会保障法构成。
Law is simply a kind of social need,and economic law emergs from the need of government interfering with socia economic affairs.This paper believes the structure of economic system in China is combinations of market regulation law,macro regulation and control law,and social security law.
