摘要
纳米复合材料的制备方法主要包括机械合金化法、熔体速凝法、溶胶凝胶法、蒸发沉积法、等离子喷涂法、真空原位加压固结法、电沉积法、激光复合加热蒸发法及溅射法等。文章综述了纳米金属复合材料的制备技术研究情况。对纳米复合金属材料制备方法的发展趋势进行了展望 ,同时指出了纳米复合金属材料制备方法研究中存在的问题。
Some of the recent advances in the synthesis of nano-metal composites preparations techniques,such as machanical alloying method,rapid solidification,sol-gel process,evaporation deposit method,plasma spraying method and so on,are reviewed. The development of the relative research and applications are introduced as well. Several challenges of the preparation techniques are also analyzed and the future directions are forecast.
