现代网络信息技术的发展,给高校图书馆参考咨询工作带来了新的挑战,对参考馆员提出了更高的要求。探讨了在网络环境下高校图书馆参考馆员必须具备的综合素质和能力。
The development of modern network in formation technology issues the new challenge to the consulting work of the university library and puts fo rward higher requirements for the consultant librarians.This paper mainly probes into the comprehensive quality and ability that must be possessed by the consu ltant librarians of universities un der the network environment.
