超临界CO_2流体萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取干姜片挥发油化学成分的比较 被引量:29

摘要 采用超临界CO2 流体萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法从干姜片中提取挥发油,用归一化法测定其百分含量,用气相色谱 质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行鉴定。超临界CO2 萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定了 47种成分,占挥发油总成分的 72%以上;水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油共鉴定了 53种成分,占挥发油总成分的 89%以上。提示超临界CO2流体萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法相比,萃取过程短、温度低、提取系统密闭、挥发油的收率大大提高。 The essential oils were extracted from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and steam distillation (SD). The amounts of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The components were separated and identified by GC/MS. There were 47 components from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by SFE were separated and identified, which composed of about 72% of the total essential oil. There were 53 components from Zingiber officinale Rosc. by SD that composed of about 89% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.
