摘要
体外循环所致的炎症反应与术后肺损伤密切相关。其中中性粒细胞在肺内蓦集,释放蛋白酶、氧自由基等毒性物质是一重要发病机制。乌司他丁为广谱丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,可同时抑制胰蛋白酶、组织蛋白酶、弹性蛋白酶等多种水解酶的活性,以及体外循环所致的多种炎症介质的释放,可防治体外循环术后肺损伤。
There is a close relationship between lung injury after cardiopulmonary bypass and inflammatory responses.Among various inflammatory mediators neutrophil is thought to be a major pathogenesis by accumulation in distal airway and secreting elastase and oxygen-free radicals.Ulinastatin,a serine protease inhibitor,can inhibit the activities of trypsin,cathepsin,elastase,et al.This makes it probable that ulinastatin is suitable for protection against and therapy for lung injury after cardiopulmonary bypass.
