摘要
从数据采集输入与管理、分析与计算、制图与输出3个方面探讨了GIS技术在淮河流域片水资源综合规划中的应用,为水资源规划和辅助决策提供了良好的技术支撑。
This paper presents a research on application of GIS technology in the comprehensive water resources planning for the Huaihe River Basin in 3 respects of data collecting and managing, analyzing and calculating, drawing and outputting, which will provide a good technological support for comprehensive water resources planning and decision-making.
