摘要
吸收塔是燃煤发电厂脱硫系统的核心设备 ,具有直径大、厚度小和大矩形开孔率等特点 ,目前尚无完全适用的设计规范可循。采用有限元法得到了设备在危险工况载荷下的应力和变形 ,并提出了可行的开孔区域加强措施 ,计算结果表明应力集中区域明显降低 ,提高了设备在开孔段的轴向稳定性。
The absorber has large diameter, thin thickness and large rectangular opening, which is the core flue gas desulfurization equipment in the coal-fired power plant. Up to now, there is no uniform design method of the equipment. The stress and deform of this equipment under the dangerous work case were gained by finite element method. Moreover, some reinforcing measures were taken at the opening areas. And the calculational results show that the mentioned method can greatly reduce the range of the concentration stress and improve the axial stability in the large rectangular opening part of the equipment.
