摘要 肽核酸是寡核苷酸模拟物,它的糖-磷酸骨架被N-(2-氨基乙基)甘氨酸骨架所代替.为了优化肽核酸的性质,各种结构的肽核酸(PNA)单体被合成出来.综述了肽核酸的合成、结构修饰及应用. Peptide nucleic acid (PNA) is DNA mimic, in which the sugar-phosphate backbone is replaced by a N-(2-aminoethyl)glycine polyamide structure. For optimizing the characteristics, various PNA monomers had been synthesized. The synthesis, modifications and applications of PNA are reviewed.
