摘要
针对企业资源计划产品中普遍存在的系统规模大、配置参数多、流程固化和行业适应性差等问题,提出了面向行业的可定制的企业资源计划系统的概念,以及一个面向行业定制的、以业务平台为支撑、以业务流程建模为导向、以系统化软件资产复用为主要途径的、层次化的企业资源计划系统构建框架。该框架由基础服务器层、业务架构层、企业资源计划批量定制层、可复用资产库及工具集和企业资源计划行业应用层等5部分组成。阐述了各个组成部分及其相互关系,并探讨了行业化的可定制型企业资源计划系统的构建策略。最后,以毛(绒)纺织行业为例,在对行业管理需求进行分析的基础上,给出了行业化企业资源计划系统构建实例。
In order to solve the problems in commercial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as large-scale systems, thousands of configuration parameters, imbedded business process logic and low adaptation to specific industry, the concept of Industry-oriented Configurable ERP (ICERP) was advanced. Then,an industry-oriented ICERP construction framework was introduced by adopting business platform as infrastructure and employing business process modeling and systematic reuse of software assets as primary methods. The framework consisted of five parts, i. e. underlying server layer, business platform layer, batched ERP customization layer, reusable assets and toolsets, and industry-specific application layer. Each part and their interrelationships were clarified and the strategy for constructing an ICERP was discussed. Finally, the wool and cashmere industry was applied as an example, and an ERP construction scheme was presented after analyzing its management requirements.
