摘要
本文从1988年12月至1992年10月间,共收集老年人充血性心力衰竭特殊临床表现患者24例。男19例,女5例。年龄62～93岁,平均76岁。老年人充血性心力衰竭的特殊临床表现以突然失语、昏迷、全身浮肿、黄疸及肾功能不全等为首发症状,不应误诊误治。本文对老年人充血性心力衰竭的特殊表现及产生原因,进行讨论。
This article reports 24 cases special clinical manifestations of aged patients with congestive heart failure treated from December 1988 to October 1992, 19 males and 5 females, ranging in age from 62 to 93 years. Average ages was 76 years. Patients suffering from the disease may present special clinical manifestations such as sudden unconsciousness, coma, general edema, jaundice or renal function failure which at first may not suggest their cardiac origin. So it must be kept in mind that diagnosis and treatment of the disease should not be neglected. Meanwhile, the causes of special clinical manifestations of aged patients with congestive heart failure were discussed.
