摘要
样品用NaOH全熔,热水提取,分取部分溶液通过强酸性阳离子交换树脂,分离溶液中大量的钠离子后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定锗和碘。方法的检出限Ge、I分别为0.043μg/g和0.22μg/g,经土壤国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符,12次测定的RSD均小于10%。
A method for the determination of germanium and iodine in geological samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed. Sample was decomposed by NaOH fusion and the fusant was dissolved by boiling water.The superfluous sodium in the sample solution was eliminated by cation exchange resin. The detection limit for germanium and iodine are 0.043 μg/g and 0.22 μg/g, respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of Ge and I in national standard soil samples GBW 07401~GBW 07408. The results are in agrement with certified values with presion of less than 10% RSD.
