摘要
在大埋深巷道中,采用锚网索支护技术控制巷道围岩变形,其科学依据主要是悬吊理论、加固理论和组合(梁或者拱)理论等。本文针对某些大断面软岩巷道顶板为似连续体短梁、夹层梁或层梁等情况,首次运用Timoshenko梁理论对顶板稳定性展开计算,并结合算例深入分析了顶板变形破坏与锚网索支护参数的关系;同时探讨了巷道两帮围岩变形失稳的影响因素,且综合运用算例计算和数值模拟等方法确定顶板和两帮之间的相互作用关系。理论计算、算例分析和数值模拟表明,采用锚网索支护是实现有效控制大埋深软岩巷道围岩变形的技术措施。
The bolt-mesh-anchor technology was introduced to restrain the distortion of surrounding rock of a roadway with the big-imbedding-depth, and its academic basis was mainly the suspensory, reinforcing and combined (beam or arch) theory. Based on the case that the roof of some big-cross-section and soft rock roadway was the like-continuum short, layered and interlayer beam, the stability of the top roof was calculated by the theories of Timoshenko beam, and thoroughly analyzed the relations of the deformation-failure of the roof and parameters of bolt-mesh-anchor support associated with calculating examples. At the same time many influencing factors of deformation and instability of the two sides of a roadway were discussed, and the mutual effect-relation between the roof and side coal was ascertained by calculating examples and numerical simulation. The theory calculation, calculating-examples analysis and numerical simulation showed that it is an effective measure for the bolt-mesh-anchor supporting technology to control the deformation of a big-imbedding-depth and soft rock roadway.
