摘要
医疗活动本身存在着不确定性和相对确定性,因此客观存在的医疗风险威胁着病人的安全,而其中医疗差错等是影响病人安全的主要因素。解决这些问题的对策,主要是完善有关规章制度;提高医务人员的执业风险意识,减少医疗差错的发生;做好知情告知工作,同时提醒医务人员做好意外应对工作,等等。
Medical activities itself has undefined and relatively defined factors. Risk in medical treatment exists objectively and threats patient safety. Mistakes made in medical treatment are the main factors that effect patient safety. Measures of solving these problems are perfection of rules and regulations concerned, enhancing professional risk awareness, minimizing mistakes made in medical treatment, explaining facts and risks to patient and asking medical personnel to deal with incidents with their best efforts, etc.
