摘要
目的探索适合中型医院的护理人力配置方法,以提高护理效率与质量。方法市场经济条件下,合理开发配置人力资源与挖掘内部潜力结合,因需设岗与弹性排班结合,动态调整人力配置。结果在床位数逐步增加、工作量强度加大、平均住院日缩短、床位使用率增高、医院收入逐年递增的情况下,保证了护理工作正常运行及护理安全。结论科学的人力资源配置、聘用高素质护士、有效的支持系统、建立奖励性工作环境是人力资源科学管理的重要举措。
Objective To explore the reasonable way of nurse staffing which fit for the medium-level hospitals to improve the efficiency and quality of nursing.(Method )According to the demands of market economy,we incorporated the reasonable exploitation and application of nursing human resource with expoitation of the internal potentiality,arranged duties as needed and flexibly,and regulated nurse staffing dynamically.(Results As) a result,the occupied rate of bed raised year by year and the length of hospitalized day reduced.And guaranteed the running of nursing service and the safety of nursing.Conclusion Scientific nurse staffing,employing high quality of nurses,effective support system and impetus working environment was the important actions for the management of nursing human resource.
