摘要
初步研究了三角波脉冲电流作用下近共晶Al-12.39wt%Si合金的α-Al晶面取向问题。实验结果表明:无论施加还是未施加脉冲电流处理,Si的衍射峰均无明显的变化。随三角波脉冲电流幅值的增加,试样的横断面上α-Al相(111)晶面所对应的峰值强度增强。初步分析了三角波脉冲电流作用造成上述结果的机理。
The effect of triangle pulse current on the orientation of α-Al in Al-12.39wt%Si near-eutectic alloy were studied. The experiment results showed that whether or not under the influence of triangle pulse current, the change of diffraction apex of Si was not obvious. With the increase of triangle pulse current amplitude, the diffraction apex of α-Al phase in transverse section of the sample was increased. An elementary analysis was given to discuss the mechanism of the mentioned results.
