摘要
采用TEA-CO2激光器为光源,对甲烷激光裂解反应进行研究。结果表明,甲烷转化率决定于甲烷被激光照射的脉冲次数和甲烷中的添加剂,而反应器中的靶材料无显著影响。
The laser pyrolysis of methane has been studied by means of pulsed TEA CO2 laser.The results show that the conversion of methane depends on the number of laser pulses irradiating methane and additives in methane. The target materials have no obvious influence.
