摘要
让经过训练的大鼠在电动动物跑台上以不同速度运动后,取尾干血测血乳酸浓度,取腓肠肌经液氮固定及提取后测肌乳酸含量。结果发现,不同速度运动后肌乳酸和血乳酸浓度表现为相似的变化趋势,运动时肌乳酸和血乳酸都存在一个阈值,但肌乳酸阈的出现先于血乳酸阈的出现,它们之间存在着一个先后出现的关系。研究提示在以发展有氧代谢能力为目的的乳酸阈强度训练中,单独依靠血乳酸指标并不是十分可靠的。
This research was.designed to study the relationship between muscle lactate threshold and blood lactate threshold and to further analyse the reliability of using blood lactate threshold in intensity training.Trained rats were made to run on treadmill at different speed.After running, blood samples were obtained from the tail for measuring blood lactate and muscle samples were taken from gastrocenmius for the determinnation of muscle lactate.It was found that similar changes occurred in the concentration of muscle lactate and blood lactate after running at different speed and the threshold existed in both muscle lactate and blood lactate,whereas muscle lactate threshold appeared earlier than blood lactate threshold.The relation between muscle lactate threshold and blood lactate threshold was that one appeared earlier than the other.Our study suggests that it is not quite reliable to use only blood lactate index to improve aerobic metabolism caqacity in threshold intensity training.
