摘要
提高引水式水电站运行的经济性和安全性,一是水电站的发电流量踉踪前池来水的变化,并使前池水位始终保持在一个较高的运行位置,既增加了水电站的工作水头,又不造成弃水;其二是在某一发电流量的条件下,最优分配发电机组间的负荷,使水电站的总出力最大.为此本文提出了n台发电机组的引水式水电站前池水位控制及机组间最优负荷分配的综合控制模型.并在此基础上设计了一种可应用计算机实施的综合控制模式.
Benefit and safety of the drainning hydroelectric power station willbe increased with two principal subjects:a. generating flow or the station follows enterring forcpond flow, and theforepond water level is maintained at a suitable altitude. Thus, a generating waterhead is raised as well as spill will be not or occurrence.b. optimal load distribution is observed so that generating energy or the stationwill be maximal at a generating flow.The model of forcpond water level and optimal load distribution synthesizingcontrol is developed for solving above mentioned subjects, and it is suitable forusing computer control.
