论重质石油馏分作乙烯裂解原料的技术开发 被引量:2

摘要 乙烯原料的选择是我国发展乙烯工业的一个重要课题。本文讨论和评价了重质石油馏分作为乙烯裂解原料的若干问题,尤其是对防止和减轻裂解炉对流段的结焦进行了较为深入的分析,并讨论了解决的方法。认为:可以针对面临的主要关键,开发形成我国自己的乙烯裂解技术。乙烯工业原料的优化应该走轻质化的道路,但根据目前国内的实际情况,乙烯工业原料要多样化。 Abstract The selection of reedstock for ethylene pyrolysis is an important issue for ethyle industry in China. In this paper,some problems concerning the use of heavy petroleum fractions as feedstock are assessed and discussed. particularly the prevention or mitigation of coking in the convection tubes of the pyrolisis furnace is analyzed with measures discussed. It seems that we can develop and shape our own ethylent pyrolysis technology in accordance with the main problems facing us. The feedstock should gradually become lighter, but under the current practical situation in China, it should be diversified.
