摘要
本文总结了“加剂抑制直馏柴油碱洗乳化”专利技术在工业装置上的应用实施效果。工业实践表明，在碱液中加剂能明显地减少直馏柴油碱洗过程中的乳化，确保了碱精制操作的平稳运行，降低了加工损失，提高了柴油收率。我厂使用该技术一年来，少损失柴油２３００余吨，提高轻油收率千分之一，增效２３０万元。
Abstract This paper summerizes the industrical application of the patented technology of inhibi ting emulsification during caustic washing of straight-vun diesel fuel by the addition of an anti-emulsion agent in the caustic solution. It shows that the emulsification is effectively inhibited, the operation is smooth and steady, the loss is reduced and the diesel fuel yield is increased by 1‰,which is equivatent to a benefit of 2.2×106/a for the refinery.
