摘要
本文通过乙醚提取法、蒽酮法、Folin-phenal法和紫外吸收法分别测定了棉铃虫滞育越冬蛹在滞育期中脂肪、糖原、蛋白质、RNA和DNA含量的变化。研究结果表明,蛹在进入滞育后至解除滞育的过程中,其含水量、蛋白质、RNA和DNA的含量都逐渐有所增加;脂肪和糖原的含量明显减少,二者是滞育期间的主要代谢化合物。研究为分析棉蛉虫蛹的耐寒性和越冬死亡率提供了理论依据。
The contents of fat, glycogen, protein, RNA and DNA, in diapause pupa of Heliothisarmigera Hubner were determinated by ether extract method, anthroic ketone colorimetry,Folin-phenal method and ultraviolet absorption method respectively. The results showedthat moisture content, protein, RNA and DNA increased somewhat gradually, the fat content and glycogen decreased evidently during pupa entered diapause to relieved diapause.Theortical basis will be provided for analysis of winter resistance and rat of winter mortality of pupa.
