n this paper,the determination of periodic change in the hedgehog active tissue ferment by TLC is de-scribed.The results showed that the total LDH activity and the number of LDH isozyme patterns decreasedin the BAT and other tissues of the winter hypothermic hedgehog,and increased after hibernation.
