摘要
本文在简要阐明文献计量学在情报科学中的地位和作用之后，从八个方面详细论述了我国文献计量学在研究、教育和实际应用方面所取得的进展，并进一步探讨了文献计量学与信息计量学的关系以及发展的方向，还提出了广义信息计量学与狭义信息计量学的新概念和范围。
After a brief explanation of the place and role of bibliometrics iii inf-ormation science, this article,from eight aspects,discusses in detail the pr-ogress of bibliometrics in research, education and practical application in China. Furthermore,it inquires into the relationship between bibliometrics and informetrics. The developmental direction of bibliometrics is also app-roached. Meanwhile, the author puts forward the new concepts and ranges of general informetrics and special informetrics.
