摘要
采用Ｂｒａｂｅｎｄｅｒ塑化仪，双辊开炼机研究了ＡＳ树脂对ＰＶＣ／ＣＰＥ共混体的熔融加工行为及力学性能的影响。实验表明：填加少量ＡＳ树脂能缩短ＰＶＣ／ＣＰＥ共混体的塑化时间，改善其塑化性能，提高基体的流动性，降低加工能耗。当加入ＡＳ树脂的份数适量时，基体的力学性能也有改善。
The influences of AS on the processing and mechanic properties of PVC/CPE blendwere studied by Brabender plasticorder and mill.The study indicated that the Plasticizing behaviorof PVC/CPE blend was improved by adding a small amount of AS resin,and it was advantageous toprocessing.And the mechanical Properties of PVC/CPE matrix were improved when the amount ofAS resin was appropriate.
