摘要
在体外通过Fenton反应系统生成羟自由基(OH),用自由基捕捉剂DMPO捕捉生成的OH,形成保留OH性质的DMPO-OH自旋加合物,用电子自旋共振仪(ESR)检测OH的生成量。研究发现,在Fenton反应系统中加入不同浓度的氯酯醒,ESR检测到的自旋加合物信号明显减弱。实验证实,氯酯醒具有羟自由基清除作用。
The fenton reaction system generates OH'free radical which can be trapped by 5, 5-dimethy-1-pyrroline-N-oxide(MPO) thus yielding a measurable signal by clectron spin resonance(ESR) spectroscopy. We found that the signal of DMPO-OH'spin adduct detected using ESR remarkedly decreased when the meclophenoxate of different concentrations proved to be an OH'free radical scavenger in the fenton reaction system. On the basis of the experimental results, the OH'free radical scavenger property of meclophenoxate can be regarded as firmly established.
