摘要
本文对ＴＣＤ１４２Ｄ用于杂质检测的输出信号进行分析，得到简便的杂质信号提取方法。还提供了提高杂质分辨率的途径。
This article deals with an analysis on the signal output in detecting impurities bymeans of TCD142D. A simple and convenient method of extracting impure signals is discov-ered.In addition,the author puts forward a way to improve distinguishability.
