摘要
１５０例甲状腺腺瘤（囊肿）病人随机分为三组，即Ｉ组用Ｗｉｎｎｉｅ一针阻滞法，Ⅱ组用改良二点阻滞法，Ⅲ组用传统三点阻滞法各５０例。均以１％利多卡因，０．２５～０．３７５％丁哌卡因混合液行颈深和颈浅丛神经扇形阻滞。观察各组阻滞前、阻滞后５～３０ｍｉｎ血压和心率变化。结果显示阻滞后５～３０ｍｉｎ血压升高平均值与阻滞前比较，Ｉ、Ⅲ组有显著差异。阻滞后血压升高平均值，Ⅱ组与Ｉ、Ⅲ组比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；从心率增加看，Ｗｉｎｎｉｅ法与改良法无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而传统法对心率影响较明显。三种阻滞方法的麻醉效果无显著差异（Ｐ＞０，０５）。结果表明改良二点阻滞法对循环系统影响较轻，值得临床推广应用．
50 surgical patients with thyroid adenoma or(eyst)were randomly divided into three groups,i.e。Winnie,ssingle injection technic(group 1),improved two points technic (group Ⅱ)and conventional three points technic(groupⅢ).The changes of blood pressure(BP)and heart rate(HR)ware compared before,and at 15 and 30min af-ter cerviccql plexus block among the groups.The results show that average value of BP increased significantly ingroup I and Ⅲafier block compared with that in group Ⅱ.Increase in HR in group Ⅲ was significantly more thanthat in group I and Ⅱ.It is concluded that the improved technic has less effect on circulatory system than the oth-er two technics and is recommended to use clinically for cervical plexus block.
